Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

For contracts involving multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you take possession of the last goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or the applicable law requires us to bear those costs.

Reduction in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods or services where permitted by applicable law. This may include goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed.
