Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or valid proof of return.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g. by email) indicating that you wish to withdraw from this contract:

You can use our sample cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.

3. Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs of the cheapest standard delivery.

The refund will be issued immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact info@woondecoraties.com before returning any item. We will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions. After receipt and inspection, the refund is processed to the original payment method.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Depreciation

You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Lamps or lights that have already been permanently installed, connected or mounted (visible signs of wear, cable shortening, etc.).
• Products that have been individually manufactured or personalized.
• Sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened due to electrical or product safety reasons.
• Light sources (e.g. LED bulbs) if the seal or protective packaging has been opened.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Period

Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you a 30-day return policy.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The goods must be unused and undamaged.
• No visible traces of assembly or installation.
• Original packaging and accessories included if possible.
• Protective films, screws, mounting hardware and light bulbs must be complete.

3. Procedure

4. Refund

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If everything is in order, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, please send us photos and the order number to:

We will usually send you a free replacement or offer another suitable solution.
