Where we ship
We currently ship to the Netherlands only.

Shipping origin
Your order is shipped from our supplier warehouse in China.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 10–20 days after you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

VAT, import duties and fees
Our prices do not include VAT. Because your order is shipped from outside the European Union, the carrier may charge Dutch import VAT (currently 21%), customs duties and a handling fee when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by customs and the carrier, and you are responsible for paying them. Please be ready to pay them so your delivery can be completed.

Address accuracy
Please check your address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed orders
If your order is lost, damaged or late, contact us at info@woondecoraties.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos.
