Shipping Policy
At Woondecoraties we do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, safely and correctly. Below you will find all information about our shipping policy.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to the Netherlands. Shipping to Belgium and other EU countries is available on request. Please contact us at info@woondecoraties.com for more information.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders of EUR 50 or more
  • Orders under EUR 50: EUR 3.95 shipping fee
  • Large or heavy packages may have different shipping costs. This will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart.

Expected Delivery Time

Our products are carefully selected and shipped directly from our distribution centre. The expected delivery times are:

  • Standard delivery: 7 to 14 business days after order confirmation
  • Express delivery (where available): 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier congestion, customs inspection or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you if a delay occurs.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking code within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Carriers

We use reliable carriers including PostNL, DHL and other logistics partners depending on your location and the product.

Package Not Received or Damaged?

If you have not received your parcel within the stated delivery time, or if it arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@woondecoraties.com. In the case of damage, always include photos of the packaging and the product. We will resolve this for you.
