Article 1 - Identity of the Trader

Article 2 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Woondecoraties and to every distance contract concluded between Woondecoraties and the consumer.

Article 3 - The Offer

Every offer contains such information that it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this is explicitly stated in the offer.

• The description of the products is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment by the consumer.
• Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Woondecoraties.
• All product images are an accurate representation of the products offered. Colours may vary slightly on screen.

Article 4 - Formation of the Agreement

The agreement is formed at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set out therein.

• If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Woondecoraties will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.
• Woondecoraties may, within legal limits, verify whether the consumer is able to meet their payment obligations.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving any reason. Please refer to our return policy for the full procedure.

Article 6 - Price

All prices on woondecoraties.com are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Prices may be adjusted without prior notice. Orders already placed will be invoiced at the price applicable at the time of the order.

Article 7 - Delivery and Performance

Woondecoraties will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders. The delivery address is the address provided by the consumer to Woondecoraties. Please refer to our shipping policy for delivery times.

Article 8 - Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, amounts owed must be paid via the payment methods available on the website. The consumer has an obligation to immediately report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided or stated.

Article 9 - Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Woondecoraties fully and clearly within a reasonable time via info@woondecoraties.com. Submitted complaints will be answered within 14 days.

Article 10 - Applicable Law

Dutch law applies exclusively to agreements between Woondecoraties and the consumer. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands or via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
