Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal - 14 Days

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

How to Register a Return?

• Step 1: Send an email to info@woondecoraties.com with your order number and the reason for return.
• Step 2: We will confirm your return request within 2 business days and send you further instructions.
• Step 3: Send the product back in its original packaging, unused and in its original condition.
• Step 4: Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process your refund.

Return Costs

The cost of returning items is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method. We will inform you by email as soon as the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken.
• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Products that have clearly been used or damaged by the customer.

Received a Defective or Incorrect Product?

Have you received a defective or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours at info@woondecoraties.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
